Minimally invasive medical procedures and devices are changing the landscape of modern healthcare. These innovations reduce patient discomfort, lower complication risks, and improve overall outcomes. For Trice Medical, a company dedicated to developing such solutions, the need for a reliable partner became clear when they faced challenges in obtaining high-quality injection-molded components. This led them to form a long-term partnership with AIM Processing—a relationship that has proven invaluable over the past decade. Recently, Mike Steen, President of Trice Medical, shared insights into their collaboration with AIM Processing. With more than 15 years of experience in the industry, Mike emphasized how AIM’s expertise, personalized service, and commitment to quality have been key to Trice Medical’s success. Trice Medical specializes in creating minimally invasive surgical tools designed to make procedures more cost-effective and accessible. Their products, including the Tenex ultrasonic aspirator and disposable arthroscopes, are used in settings like ambulatory surgery centers and physician offices, helping reduce healthcare costs while improving patient care. AIM Processing plays a crucial role in this mission by manufacturing critical injection-molded parts for Trice Medical’s Technics line. Beyond just supplying components, AIM offers process optimization and rigorous quality control—ensuring consistent performance and reliability in every device. Mike recalls that as a small startup, Trice Medical lacked in-house expertise in injection molding. Previous suppliers were not meeting their needs, and the lack of personalized attention was a major issue. That’s where AIM stepped in. “We weren’t getting the time or attention we needed from larger companies,” he said. “AIM’s personal touch made a big difference.” One of the most significant milestones in their partnership was the smooth transition of tooling from a previous supplier to AIM. Tooling transfers can be risky, but AIM ensured a seamless shift with no disruptions. “They made sure everything went smoothly, and we had zero problems,” Mike noted. Over the years, the relationship has evolved, especially in terms of quality assurance. AIM’s team has become an essential part of Trice Medical’s operations, offering expert support and proactive communication. This has allowed Trice to focus on innovation and clinical excellence rather than production issues. Another key advantage of working with AIM is their domestic presence. In an industry increasingly shifting overseas, having a U.S.-based manufacturer has provided greater supply chain stability and compliance. “AIM’s stateside operations have been a huge differentiator,” Mike said. “With tighter regulations, it’s important to have a partner you can trust.” The benefits of the partnership are clear: improved product quality, reduced failure rates, better yield, and faster problem resolution. As Mike puts it, “AIM’s competencies have allowed us to stay focused on what matters most—the patient.” For Trice Medical, the partnership with AIM Processing isn’t just about manufacturing—it’s about trust, reliability, and shared goals. Together, they’re driving progress in minimally invasive medicine, making a real difference in patient care. Want to learn more? Beverage Vending Machine

Vending machines allow customers to freely choose to purchase products at any time of the day. People can buy the products he or she wants 24 hours a day a year.

The variety of products that vending machines can handle is another advantage brought by this technology in business. Use this machine to sell various products, such as beverages, snacks, cigarettes and other products. This concept is also applicable to some service provision industries, such as bus stations, hotels and other public utilities.

Most vending machines are located at strategic points, which can be convenient and time-saving, because you can guarantee that you get what you want. This is a one-time investment and does not require a large amount of operating expenses. Not hiring employees to reduce indirect costs will only increase the owner`s profit margin and make it a successful business.

If needed, the machine can be moved to other areas at any time and will continue to provide services as usual.
