This innovative system effectively utilizes the liquid produced by the oil well to perform timely hot washing operations, which helps protect the reservoir and extend the pump inspection cycle. The QJ-I type multi-purpose storage device is composed of several key components, including a tank, a liquid-gas measurement mechanism, a pressure gauge, an oil-gas separation unit, a safety valve, a heating system, and more. The system works by separating the produced fluid from the well into oil and gas through a single-well pipeline. The separated natural gas is then heated and used for various purposes. The measuring mechanism allows for real-time monitoring of the liquid volume inside the container, ensuring accurate tracking of operations.
In addition, the system incorporates integrated anti-theft features that prevent unauthorized access or theft of crude oil stored within the container. When the container needs to be refilled, the oil is discharged using the elastic energy stored within the system. During hot washing operations, the heated production fluid from the container is injected into the annular space around the casing, helping to clean the well and maintain efficiency. This not only improves well performance but also extends the pump cycle, reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
