East Joliet FPD updates

Hey everyone, I just received an update from Scott Matthews regarding some changes to our radio identification numbers. It seems like these updates might not be widely known yet, so here’s what he shared: --- **Station 51 Updates:** - **Engine 531** has been renumbered as **Engine 51**. - **Tanker 537** is now called **Tender 51**. - **Ambulance 534** is now **Ambulance 51**. - **Squad 537** is now **Squad 51**. - **Brush Truck 538** is now **Brush 51**. - **Chief 500** is now **Chief 51**. - And finally, **Chief 501** is now **Chief 52**. --- **Station 52 Updates:** - **Engine 532** is now **Engine 52**. - **Truck 529** is now **Truck 52**. - **Ambulance 524** is now **Ambulance 52**. - Additionally, **Reserve Ambulance 535** is now **Ambulance 53**. --- **Station 53 Updates:** - **Tanker 517** is now **Tender 53**. - **Arson Buggy 518** is now **Utility 53**. --- There are also a few other important points to note: 1. Since January 1, 2013, due to budget cuts that required us to reduce manpower, **Truck 52** has been operating out of Station 51. To accommodate this change, **Reserve Engine 52** was relocated to Station 52 and became its primary response engine. Because there wasn’t enough room for the squad at Station 51 with the truck already there, the squad was moved to Station 52 as well. Moreover, **Reserve Ambulance 53** is also stationed at Station 52. 2. Our 2012 **Ambulance 534**, which underwent warranty-related paintwork, was renumbered to **Ambulance 51** to align with our updated call numbers. 3. I also got some exciting news about our newest vehicle—a brand-new brush truck! It’s a 2015 Ford F350 Super Duty extended cab, and it comes equipped with a Darley Fast attack skid unit featuring a 300-gallon water tank, a 10-gallon foam tank, and a 100-foot 1-inch booster reel. During the winter months, it’ll double as our plow truck. I’ll send more photos once the attack unit is fully installed. Speaking of photos, here’s a sneak peek of the new brush truck. Pretty cool, right? [Insert Image: Fire Department Pickup Truck] Let me know if anyone has any questions or concerns about these changes. I’m sure they’ll help streamline our operations moving forward! Best, [Your Name]

    Honed Steel Tube

1.Description: Honed tube is a kind of smooth bore steel tube used to manufacture hydraulic cylinder barrels that is the core part of a piece of hydraulic cylinder. Honed tubes are widely used in hydraulic cylinders, cylinders, hydraulic machinery, engineering machinery, petroleum machinery, agricultural machinery, filling machinery, mining machinery and other fields.
Honing is a kind of machining technology. Through honing head, the inner hole of cold drawn pipe is processed by reciprocating high-speed grinding technology, so that the inner hole can meet the requirements of tolerance size and surface roughness that we need.

Honed tube is a kind of smooth bore steel tube used to manufacture hydraulic cylinder barrels that is the core part of a piece of hydraulic cylinder.

Difference between honed tube and skived & roller burnished tube: In hydraulic cylinder industry, there are 2 solutions for bore treatment: Honing, and skiving&roller burnishing. Honing or skiving&roller burnishing leads to different internal surface image, but both ensure good roughness.

2.Commodity: Cold drawn seamless honed tube for hydraulic cylinder

    3.Size range: 40mm*30mm-580mm*500mm
