1, installation and correction:

(2) Check the base level with the oil level meter, allowing the use of wedge leveling.
(3) watering the base and anchor bolt holes with oil sludge.
(4) After the sludge is dry, check whether the holes of the base and anchor bolts are loosened, tighten the anchor bolts when appropriate, and check the oil flatness again.
(5) Clean the base support plane, pump foot and motor foot plane, and the pump and motor mounted to the base up.
(6) Between the coupling should maintain a certain gap, check the pump shaft and the motor shaft center line are consistent, thin shims can be adjusted to concentric. Measuring the coupling outside the park up and down, asphalt pump about the difference between the left and right shall not exceed 0.1mm, the gap between the two coupling end face gap between the maximum and minimum shall not exceed 0.3mm.
2, installation instructions:
(1) The installation height of the pump, the length of the pipeline, the diameter and the flow rate should be calculated in an effort to reduce unnecessary losses.
(2) Long distance transportation should take a larger diameter. The pump line should have its own bracket, do not allow the weight of the pipeline added to the pump, to avoid the pump crushed.
(3) discharge pipe, such as installed check valve should be installed outside the gate valve

It has great wear-resistance and it is silent when we use it. It will not damage the ground. About the wheel , it is Double ball bearing which requires less effort.
