1. Indicator
The position indicator with NAMUR mounting is designed for easy integration of accessories such as limit switches, positioners, and more. It ensures accurate positioning and monitoring of the actuator's movement.

2. Pinion
The pinion is manufactured from high-quality nickel alloy steel, ensuring precision and durability. It meets the latest standards including ISO5211, DIN3337, and NAMUR. Custom dimensions are available, and stainless steel options are also offered for enhanced corrosion resistance.

3. Actuator Body
The extruded aluminum alloy ASTM6005 body offers a lightweight yet robust structure. Surface treatments include hard anodizing, powder polyester painting (available in various colors like blue, orange, yellow), or PTFE/nickel plating to suit different application needs.

4. End Caps
End caps are made from die-cast aluminum and can be painted in different colors, or finished with PTFE or nickel plating for improved aesthetics and performance in harsh environments.

5. Pistons
Twin rack pistons are constructed from die-cast aluminum with hard anodized treatment or cast steel with galvanization. They provide symmetric mounting, long service life, and quick operation. Reversing rotation is achieved simply by flipping the pistons.

6. Travel Adjustment
Two independent external travel stop adjustment bolts allow precise 5° adjustments in both open and close directions, ensuring accurate control over the actuator’s range of motion.

7. High Performance Springs
Preloaded coating springs are crafted from premium materials to resist corrosion and extend cycle life. They can be easily removed and replaced to adjust torque output based on specific requirements.

8. Bearings & Guides
Low-friction, long-life compound materials are used for bearings and guides, preventing metal-to-metal contact. This design simplifies maintenance and replacement, reducing downtime and increasing operational efficiency.

9. O-Rings
Standard NBR rubber o-rings ensure smooth operation within normal temperature ranges. For extreme temperatures, Viton or silicone o-rings are used to maintain reliability under challenging conditions.
