The project has overcome the ultra-high-strength steel welding, large-tonnage hook manufacturing, super-large boom deformation control, large-size slewing platform plane processing, multi-mode large-scale floating hull stability analysis and cranes to adapt to various sea conditions. The key technologies such as high-speed deployment system, complete the control and reliability analysis of large floating cranes, the coupling and control of lifting operations and dynamic positioning systems, and the redundant design of safety control systems, and developed large-scale floating crane monitoring. The system realized the real-time monitoring of the whole system status of the floating crane and successfully converted the large-scale oil tanker of 100,000 tons into a large crane vessel. Through the implementation of the project, the 7500-ton offshore lifting equipment floating crane has been applied in marine engineering operations and achieved remarkable economic and social benefits.
After the on-site inspection, inquiry and discussion, the acceptance expert group unanimously agreed to pass the acceptance.
Manual PU foam making machine
Main Usage:
This machine is mostly used for mixing , stirring and foaming raw material for foam
rubber.Adopting high speed and low speed segment with timing willingly controlled function ,
it also fits parking willingly electron brake device , the Operation is simpler and the foaming quality is better.
Foaming Machine is an economic type of auto batching machine that is used for making all kinds of PU foam.
