5-Alarm fire with multiple Special Alarms in Barrington Hills, 4-18-15

It all started late Saturday afternoon (April 18, 2015) when a fire broke out at a massive home located at 24 Rolling Hills Drive in Barrington Hills. From the very beginning, it was clear this would be no ordinary blaze. A listener from radioman911.com reported that the fire originated when occupants who were renting the house decided to burn leaves nearby. Unfortunately, things escalated quickly as the flames spread from the leaves to a nearby tree, sending embers flying onto the house. With strong winds fanning the flames, the situation spiraled out of control almost instantly. By the time Barrington and Countryside fire units arrived on the scene, they had already upgraded their response to a second alarm. It didn't take long before the intensity of the fire warranted a fourth alarm, but this time specifically for tender support. As the situation worsened, a fifth alarm was called, followed by interdivisional alarms requesting tender task forces from Divisions 2 and 5. These reinforcements eventually bolstered the ranks of suppression companies, bringing even more firefighters and equipment to the scene. Units from four different counties, representing six MABAS divisions, converged on this single incident. The wind carried burning embers not just onto the house, but also into the surrounding grassy areas behind the home. This ignited a large prairie fire that spread rapidly towards nearby electric transmission lines. In response, a special alarm was issued to bring in additional resources to combat the spreading wildfire. In addition to the extensive list of local units already mentioned, engines from neighboring towns such as Buffalo Grove, Arlington Heights, Des Plaines, Rolling Meadows, and Elgin were dispatched to assist. It was truly a collaborative effort spanning multiple jurisdictions. Attached are several photos captured by Larry Shapiro, offering a glimpse into the sheer scale of destruction. One can see how the fire consumed the mansion, reducing parts of it to smoldering ruins. Other images showcase the impressive array of firefighting apparatus deployed, including E-ONE fire engines drafting water from portable tanks and multiple hose lines being utilized simultaneously. This incident highlighted both the dangers posed by unpredictable weather conditions and the importance of coordinated emergency responses across regional boundaries. Consumer Electronics Industry UV Adhesive

Consumer electronics industry uv adhesive is a one-component, UV Curable Adhesive.it can be cured with in a few seconds under ultroviolet light. After curing UV adheisve has high bonding strength, Mainly used for the connection of various parts of the speaker, for the fixed application of the receiver, the assembly requirements of different parts of the headset, and the packaging of the microphone.

Characteristics of consumer electronics industry UV adheisve:
    1. Fast curing speed: It can be cured quickly under ultraviolet irradiation, positioning can be achieved within a few seconds to tens of seconds, and high bonding strength can be achieved within a few minutes, which can meet the rhythm requirements of mass production of consumer electronics products.
    2. High bonding strength: It has strong bonding ability to common materials in consumer electronics, such as plastics (such as PC, ABS), metals (such as stainless steel, aluminum alloys), glass, etc.
    3. High temperature stability: UV glue can maintain stable performance in a certain high temperature environment, meeting the requirements for use of consumer electronics products when working or when the ambient temperature is high.
    4. High transparency: UV glue becomes transparent after curing and will not affect the appearance and optical performance of consumer electronics components. For example, in the bonding and sealing of optical components such as mobile phone screens and camera lenses, the use of UV glue can ensure the transmittance of light without affecting the display effect and shooting quality.
    5. Good thixotropy: It has good thixotropy, which facilitates coating and filling gaps during the glue application process, prevents glue from flowing and overflowing, and facilitates construction.
    6. Good electrical insulation properties: It has good electrical insulation properties and can be used in parts of electronic products that require insulation, such as the packaging of circuit boards and the fixation of electronic components. It can prevent circuit short circuits and leakage and ensure the electrical safety of products.
