The plant was put into operation in 1971 with a design scale of 6.5 million t/a. The actual processing capacity is about 5 million t/a due to the low processing capacity of the self-grinding mill (73 t/(å°Â·h)).

The ore density varies with the amount of iron, generally 3.4 t/m 3 , and the rock density is generally 2.6 t/m 3 . The ore has a hardness of 12 to 16 and a rock hardness of 10. (2) Process: The plant is a magnetic separation plant that adopts wet self-grinding in China. The production practice has proved that the beneficiation process adopted by the plant is basically feasible, except that the processing capacity of the self-grinding mill is lower than the design. In addition to the indicators, the Other production indicators are at or near the design indicators. The process flow is shown in the figure below:
