In order to detect defects and eliminate hidden dangers in time to ensure the normal operation of the ball mill equipment, in addition to daily maintenance, the engineer pointed out that the ball mill also needs to stop grinding regularly, for important components such as hollow shafts, main bearings, cylinders, reducers, large and small gears, etc. Make a careful inspection and make a detailed record. According to the defect situation, prioritize and arrange the intermediate repair and overhaul plan. So how do you tell the degree of wear of the ball mill equipment to see if the ball mill is scrapped? The bearing wear is more than 1/3 of its thickness. The wear of the pinion surface is greater than 30% of the tooth thickness, and the wear of the large ring tooth surface is greater than 25% of the tooth thickness. It can be used on the reverse side and should be scrapped when it is 1/2. The distortion of the ring gear rim should not exceed 7.5 mm. The outer surface of the hollow shaft is filled with grooves, marks or local wear on the inner circular surface to cause deformation of the hollow shaft, and the crack should be replaced.

The maintenance of the ball mill equipment is mainly the lubrication and maintenance of its various components. Regular inspections of the working conditions of the ball mill equipment can increase the working life of the ball mill equipment. All lubricating oil should be completely discharged when the ball mill equipment is put into continuous operation for one month, thoroughly cleaned and replaced with new oil. Change oil every 6 months later. Lubrication of each lubrication point and oil level are checked at least every 4 hours.

When the ball mill is in normal operation, the temperature of the transmission bearing and reducer does not exceed 55 ° C, and the maximum does not exceed 60 ° C. The large and small gears are smooth and have no abnormal noise. If necessary, adjust the gap in time. The ball mill equipment runs smoothly without strong vibration. The motor current should be free of abnormal fluctuations. There is no looseness in each connecting fastener, and there is no oil leakage, water leakage or leakage phenomenon on the joint surface. The steel ball is added in time according to the wear condition. If abnormal conditions are found, stop the repair immediately.
