How to clean and maintain the rapid temperature change tester

    I. Introduction:

The high-low temperature impact test box is an essential test equipment for aviation, automobile, household appliances, scientific research and other fields. It evaluates and determines the parameters and performance of electric and electronic products, automotive electrical appliances, and materials after the impact of temperature and environmental changes in high and low temperature tests. Adaptability of use, apply to schools, factories, military, research positions, and other units.
    Second, the principle:
    The rapid temperature change test chamber high and low refrigeration cycles employ an inverse Cascade cycle consisting of two isothermal processes and two adiabatic processes. The process is as follows: The refrigerant is adiabatically compressed by the compressor to a higher pressure, and the power is consumed so that the temperature of the exhaust gas increases. After that, the refrigerant exchanges heat with the surrounding medium via the condenser isothermally to transfer heat to the surrounding medium. After the refrigerant through the valve adiabatic expansion work, when the refrigerant temperature decreases. Finally, the refrigerant absorbs heat from the higher temperature object isothermally through the evaporator, so that the temperature of the cooled object is reduced. This cycle is repeated to achieve cooling.
    Third, clean:
    The first step: Before the test box is cleaned, the power supply is cut off, and the sample rack and the sample in the test box are taken out.
    The second step: Clean the filth place. Sealing strips, drain holes, etc. are all very easy to ignore. Drain holes are best cleaned with clean water or professional cleaners. If there are black dirt and spots in the groove of the door seal, the door of the chamber may not be closed tightly, affecting the operating efficiency of the test chamber. Be sure to pay attention to Clean.
    The third step: rapid temperature change test chamber housing cleaning. It's relatively easy to clean them, wipe them with a sponge or rag, and then dry them with a dry cloth.
    The fourth step: the maintenance of the heat sink. Compressors and condensers are located on the back and sides of the refrigerator. These locations are easily covered with dust, which affects the cooling effect, resulting in shortened component life and reduced cooling effect. It's easy to clean, just use a clean brush or dry cloth to remove dust, but be careful not to use a damp cloth.
    Fourth, maintenance:
    1. Condenser dust removal: The condenser should be maintained on a regular monthly basis, using a vacuum cleaner to suck dust from the condenser heatsink mesh or use high-pressure air to remove dust.
    2. Check and adjust the wet bulb water level of the rapid temperature change test box: The water level of the water accumulation drum must not be too high, so that the water overflows the water collection drum or is too low, so that the test cloth of the wet bulb will not absorb water properly, which will affect the accuracy of the wet bulb. The water level is about six full minutes.
    3. Check the over-temperature protector: When the rapid temperature change test box is running, set the maximum value of the over-temperature protection by 20°C~30°C. When the temperature in the test chamber rises to the set point of over-temperature protection, the heater power supply is stopped. The “overheat” warning light is on but the fan is still running. If it is running for a long time and unattended, please check it before operation. Overheat protector is set properly.
    4. Replacement of the wet ball test cloth: When the surface of the test cloth is not clean or hardened, or after the temperature control is finished, the test cloth must be replaced before continuing the temperature and wet sphericity control.
