High Impact Solid Stream Car Washing Water Spray Nozzle

Ruby Shower Nozzles are high-quality spray nozzles designed for low-profile installations. They are secured within a weld-on housing using a locknut and gasket system. These nozzles feature a patented "Orifice Insert System" that eliminates the need for adhesives, reducing the risk of premature orifice dislodgement caused by water hammer, line shock, or cleaning processes. The nozzle orifice extends into the spray header or delivery pipe, minimizing blockage risks. When paired with a self-cleaning shower head or manifold, the likelihood of clogging is significantly reduced. Ruby nozzles can replace existing shower discs or serve as a complete system in new spray manifolds.

The nozzles are available in 316SS with a quality ruby insert. Standard components include a weld-on socket and retaining nut made from stainless steel. Gasket options include Nitrile, Viton, and Fibre. The orifice material is of high-quality jewel-grade.
