High Impact Solid Stream Car Washing Water Spray Nozzle

Ruby Shower Nozzles are a high-quality spray nozzle with a low-profile design, ideal for use in car washing systems. They are mounted using a locknut and gasket system, ensuring secure installation. These nozzles feature a patented "Orifice Insert System" that eliminates the need for adhesives, reducing the risk of premature dislodgement due to water hammer or cleaning operations. The orifice extends into the spray header, minimizing blockage risks. When paired with self-cleaning shower heads or manifolds, the likelihood of clogging is further reduced. Ruby nozzles can replace existing shower discs or be installed as a complete system on new spray manifolds.

These nozzles are supplied in 316SS with a quality ruby insert. Standard weld-on sockets and retaining nuts are made of stainless steel. Gasket materials include Nitrile, Viton, and Fibre. The orifice is made from high-quality jewels, ensuring durability and performance.
