Product Information The Secondary Cleaner is specifically designed for continuous-running belt conveyors in harsh working conditions. As the second stage in a multi-stage cleaning system, it effectively removes sticky material from the conveyor belt. The scraper can be made of two types of materials: polyurethane and tungsten alloy. This product is ideal for industrial applications where efficiency and durability are essential. Technical Features 1. This type of belt cleaner uses a spring tension device, which ensures the scraper remains in close contact with the belt even when worn or if the belt jumps. 2. The scraper is split-type, allowing for separate replacement based on wear conditions, making it more convenient and cost-effective. Packing and Freight 1. Packing: We use standard export packaging made of composite plates, with a thickness of approximately 9mm to 15mm, according to export requirements.
