1. Indicator
The position indicator with NAMUR is designed for easy mounting of accessories such as limit switch boxes, positioners, and more. This feature enhances the flexibility and functionality of the actuator in various applications.

2. Pinion
The pinion is manufactured from high-quality nickel alloy steel, ensuring precision and integration. It fully complies with the latest standards including ISO5211, DIN3337, and NAMUR. Custom dimensions are available, and stainless steel options can be provided to meet specific requirements.

3. Actuator Body
The extruded aluminum alloy ASTM6005 body offers a durable and lightweight structure. It can be treated with hard anodizing, powder polyester painting (available in multiple colors like blue, orange, yellow), or coated with PTFE or nickel plating to suit different environments and aesthetic preferences.

4. End Caps
Die-cast aluminum end caps are painted with powder polyester in various colors, or they can be coated with PTFE or nickel plating. These end caps ensure a secure and long-lasting seal while maintaining an attractive appearance.

5. Pistons
The twin rack pistons are made from die-cast aluminum with hard anodizing or cast steel with galvanization. Their symmetric design ensures long service life and fast operation. Reversing rotation can be achieved simply by flipping the pistons.

6. Travel Adjustment
Two independent external travel stop adjustment bolts allow precise 5° adjustments in both opening and closing directions, making it easier to fine-tune the actuator's performance.

7. High Performance Springs
Preloaded coating springs are crafted from high-quality materials that resist corrosion and extend cycle life. They can be safely and easily removed to adjust torque according to varying application needs.

8. Bearings & Guides
Low-friction, long-life compound materials are used for bearings and guides, preventing direct metal-to-metal contact. This makes maintenance and replacement simple and efficient.

9. O-rings
Standard NBR rubber O-rings ensure smooth operation within normal temperature ranges. For extreme temperatures, Viton or silicone O-rings are available to maintain reliability under harsh conditions.
