The Tubular Stranding Machine is designed for high-carbon and low-carbon steel wire ropes, as well as Copper and aluminum conductors. It is ideal for applications requiring precise stranding with a back twist, such as 1+6, 1+12, 1+18, and 1+6+12 bobbin configurations. This machine is suitable for both round and compact copper/aluminum conductors, as well as steel wire stranding.

Bobbin sizes are available in various dimensions, ranging from 200 mm to 1250 mm, following DIN 46397 standards or modified versions. The tubular cage is supported by high-quality bearings at both ends, with a large main bearing that uses pump-oil forced lubrication for enhanced performance and durability.
The tubular cage is annealed to reduce internal stress and extend its service life. The machine operates efficiently at high speeds while maintaining low noise levels and long operational life. Maximum speeds vary based on the model: up to 1400 RPM for 200/1+6 cages, 900 RPM for 200/1+18 cages, and 100 RPM for 1250/1+5 cages.
Bobbins are securely locked using mechanical pintles, with one movable and one fixed, or fastened directly onto the axis via a latch system. A variety of braking systems are available for tension control on the bobbins, and a disk-type pneumatic brake is provided for the cage.
Optional features include PLC control, making the machine more user-friendly and adaptable to different production needs.
