1. For fixed operations, the crusher should be mounted on a cement foundation. If the location changes frequently, the motor should be installed on H-shaped steel base. If powered by diesel, the power must be slightly higher than the grinding power, and both should match the pulley groove. The outer end surface of the pulley should be on the same plane.
2. Before starting the metal crusher unit, check that all connecting bolts are tightened, the drive belt is appropriately tight, and the power cord is in good condition. Ensure the motor shaft and the shaft are parallel.
3. Check if the hammer is in good condition, the sieve pore size is appropriate, and there is no damage. Drag the belt by hand to check if the spindle rotates freely, without any jamming or friction phenomena.
4. After starting, let the machine idle for 2-3 minutes, check if the rotor rotates correctly and the sound is normal. Only after smooth rotation at rated speed can work begin.
5. During operation, always pay attention to the mill's function. Feed uniformly to avoid blockage or overloading. If vibration, noise, bearing temperature is too high, or foreign materials are sprayed out, stop immediately for inspection and troubleshooting before resuming work.
