An accurate detection method for the number of automobile axles on electronic scales is to install a measuring axis sensor which receives and transmits wheel passing information on the input end edge of a weighing platform of an electronic scale, and receives the wheels through the measuring axis sensor. The information is transmitted to the microprocessor, and the results measured by the axis-measuring sensor are secondarily judged by the weight change of the microprocessor combined with the weighing scale of the electronic scale, and the leading and trailing edges of the output signal of the measuring shaft sensor are compared. The weight change of the weigh scale of the weighbridge is used as a judgment basis. If there is a significant change, the axle is determined to be passing; and the weight is determined by the light weight, the vehicle is moving forward, and the new axle is driven onto the electronic weigh scale platform; the weight is Re-lighting judges that the car is moving backwards, and finally the axle that is on the weighing platform is poured out of the weighing platform. The final confirmation of the axle is determined by the computer (or microprocessor) comparing and judging the weight of the weigh scale weighing instrument when the sensor's effective signal “leading edge†and “back porch†arrive. The use of a single detection mode to avoid misjudgment, accuracy is greatly improved.
