The stainless steel float valve model WEDXK-198 is designed for industrial water systems, featuring advanced materials such as stainless steel (301, 304, 316) or brass. It is manufactured using investment casting technology, ensuring durability and resistance to acids and alkalis. The valve is available in a range of sizes from DN8 to DN100 mm, with pressure ratings up to 1.6 MPa and temperature ranges between 0–160°C. It supports various connection types including threads and flanges (American Standard, GB, JIS).
This product features a large ball with a diameter ranging from 60 mm to 1200 mm and a wall thickness of 0.6–1 mm, which can be customized up to 25 mm. The ball opens at a low pressure of 0.05 MPa and can withstand up to 2.5 MPa without requiring external pressure to open.
**Working Principle**
The floating ball remains buoyant in the water. As the water level rises, the float rises along with it, lifting the connecting rod. This movement activates the valve mechanism by pressing the rubber piston pad against the sealing surface to close the water source. When the water level drops, the float descends, allowing the piston pad to open and restore the flow.
**High Sealing Performance**
Our factory uses high-temperature and high-pressure silicone material for the gasket, ensuring reliable sealing even under high-pressure conditions and repeated operation. Customized rubber seals are also available for specific industrial applications.
