Established in 2004 by Ross Stephens in Somers, New York, Nationwide Coils has grown into a trusted name in the HVAC industry, specializing in custom and OEM replacement coils. The company serves a wide range of clients, including mechanical contractors, engineers, state and government agencies, healthcare facilities, major retailers, and more.

Nationwide Coils designs and manufactures high-quality commercial coils right here in the U.S., using premium materials. “No matter the age, make, or model of your HVAC unit, we can produce a coil that fits like a glove and often exceeds performance expectations,” says Ross Stephens.

In addition to standard coils, the company offers protective coatings that help extend the life of coils, especially those exposed to harsh weather conditions. These coatings are designed to withstand outdoor elements and protect against corrosion, ensuring long-term durability and efficiency.

A key focus for the company is microchannel conversions, which offer a cost-effective upgrade that improves system reliability and ease of maintenance without sacrificing original equipment manufacturer (OEM) efficiency.

Ross Stephens, the founder and president, leads the company with over 20 years of experience in the industry. He's deeply involved in all aspects of the business and is known for his expertise in OEM brands. “I live and breathe coils,” he says.

Nationwide Coils currently serves markets across the U.S., including New York City, the tri-state area, Florida, Chicago, and Tennessee. The company is also exploring new opportunities, including potential global expansion.
