Center Pivot Irrigation System

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

The DYP series center pivot irrigation system is composed of a center trestle table, trestle-tower vehicle, sprinkler truss, endmost, cantilever, and a synchronous system controlled by electric. This system is especially designed for the irrigation of crops such as potatoes, sugarcane, watermelon, legumes, economic crops, and pastures. The automated irrigation system is characterized by high efficiency, power and water saving, with a spraying uniformity coefficient up to 85%. It also allows for the even application of chemicals and fertilizers. The system can operate on uneven fields with slopes up to 25%. All parts are treated with zinc coating, ensuring rust-free performance for 15 years. Every running part is operated under the main control system, and any malfunction or interruption will be displayed.

The water source can be a river or borewell, transported through main pipes and sprinklers to the field. The advantage of this irrigation system is that it uses less labor and water to irrigate 13-130 hectares from one water feeding point. The steel structure is specially designed to accommodate different lengths of the machine. A single span with one overhang is the simplest option for small land areas. The heavy-duty design can be extended to more than 11 spans (650 meters), with strong angles and bolt pivot anchors capable of withstanding windstorms.
