CENTER PIVOT IRRIGATION SYSTEM

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

The DYP series center pivot irrigation system is composed of a central trestle table, trestle-tower vehicle, sprinkler truss, endmost, cantilever, and a synchronous system controlled by electricity. This system is specifically designed for the irrigation of crops such as potatoes, sugarcane, watermelon, legumes, cash crops, and pastures.

The automated irrigation system is known for its high efficiency, water saving, and energy conservation. It can increase yield at an economical cost with a spraying uniformity coefficient up to 85%, enabling even distribution of chemicals and fertilizers. The system is also suitable for uneven fields with slopes up to 25%. All parts are rust-free for 15 years due to zinc coating treatment. All moving parts are operated under the main control system, and any malfunction or interruption will be displayed on the system.

The water source can be a river or borehole, transported through main pipes and sprinklers to the field. This system uses less labor and water to irrigate 13-130 hectares from one water source point. The special steel structure design allows for different lengths of the machine. A single span with one overhang is ideal for small land areas, while the heavy-duty design can extend to more than 11 spans (650 meters) with strong angles and bolt pivot anchors that can withstand windstorms.
