1. Making polyfoam gasification mold
2. Polyfoam gasification, combine the molds then dry
3. Spraying fireproof paint on the surface of polyfoam mold, then drying again.
4. Put the special sand box on the three-dimensional vibration compaction stage
5. Filled the sand box with dry sand, then strike-off
6. Putting the dry polyfoam mold on the sand, then fill different sand according to the technological requirements
7. Strike off the sand box after the process of vibration compaction
8. Covering the sand box with plastic sheet, put down the pouring cup, connect the negative-pressure system. Then pour steel liquid, the polyfoam disappears, and the steel liquid takes its place.
9. After casting condensation, release the vacuum, then take out the castings.
