As of the first half of the year, small and medium-sized enterprises in the province have eliminated 7,030 outdated equipment and achieved 70% of the annual target. Starting from next year, the special funds for small and medium-sized enterprises in Shandong Province will focus on supporting the innovation and transformation of energy-saving and emission-reducing companies, granting free funding for independent innovation projects, and applying loan interest subsidies for technological transformation projects. At present, national special projects and provincial special projects have been issued, and funds are gradually being put in place.
