    Compression Ratio

The total volume of the piston at the bottom dead center is divided by the total volume of the piston at top dead center (combustion chamber volume, the resulting value is called the compression ratio).

    Connecting Rod

The connecting rod connecting the crankshaft and the piston in the engine.

    Cooling System

The loop of coolant can be used to remove excess heat from the engine to prevent overheating of the system. Water-cooled engines include water jackets, water pumps, water tanks, and thermostats.

    Crankcase

The lower part of the engine is where the crankshaft is running, including the lower part of the cylinder block and the oil pan.

    Crankshaft

The main rotating mechanism of the engine, after the connecting rod is installed, can take up and down (reciprocating) movement of the connecting rod into a loop (rotational motion.

    Crankshaft Gear

A gear or key gear mounted on the front end of a crankshaft, usually used to actuate a camshaft gear, chain, or toothed belt.

    Cylinder Block

The basic structure of the engine, all engine accessories are installed on the engine, including the engine cylinder and crankcase the upper half.

    Cylinder Head

The cover of the engine and the components that enclose the vapours include water jackets, valves and cooling fins.

    Detonation

For the impact or explosion of the flame, in the combustion chamber of the spark ignition engine, because the compressed air-fuel mixture spontaneously ignites, some of the mixture of the Ng and Y U-ignited lamps are re-ignited (after ignition of the spark plug). ), and thus made a pop sound.

    Displacement

In a certain loop operation of the engine, the ability to send all the air and mixture into all cylinders is also the volume that a piston can discharge from one stroke to another stroke.

    Engine

A machine that converts thermal energy into mechanical energy: a device that burns fuel to produce mechanical power; it can sometimes be considered an engine.

    Fan Belt
A belt driven by a crankshaft whose main purpose is to drive engine fans and pumps.

    Float Level

In the carburetor buoy chamber, the buoy floats up against the needle valve and blocks the oil inlet so that the oil will no longer flow into the float chamber and the height of the oil surface.

    Four-Stroke Cycle

Intake, compression, power, exhaust four strokes. Four strokes to adjust a complete loop.

    Gasket

Made of paper, rubber sheet or copper sheet, placed between the two planes to enhance the sealing material.

    Gear Lubricant

A lubricated gear oil, usually SAE 90 oil.

    Heat-Control Valve

A thermostatically operated valve in the engine exhaust manifold can direct exhaust heat into the intake manifold before the engine reaches normal operating temperatures.

    Knock

Metallic crashes with engine speed are usually caused by loose or worn bearings.

    Main Bearing

Bearings that support the crankshaft in the engine.

    Manifold Pressure

The pressure in the intake manifold when the turbocharger is operating.

    Manifold Vacuum

Refers to the vacuum inside the intake manifold, which is the vacuum created by the cylinder during the intake stroke.

    Oil Pan

Bits in the lower part of the engine: removable, and will be sealed by the axle box as a housing for the oil sump.

    Oil filter (Oil filter)

A device that filters out dirt as it passes through.

    Oil Pump

In the lubrication system, the oil can be forced from the oil pan to the engine moving parts.

    Ping (Ping)

The detonation that occurs when the engine is accelerating is caused by too early ignition timing or too low fuel octane.

    Piston

A moving part mounted in a cylinder that can accept or transmit power when the pressure changes. In terms of the engine, it refers to a circular machine that slides up and down in the cylinder and uses a connecting rod to force the crankshaft to rotate.

    Piston Pin

A tubular metal block that connects pistons or connecting rods.

    Piston Ring

There are two types of rings that break into the piston groove: the compression ring and the oil ring. The compression ring can be used to seal the compressed air in the combustion chamber; the oil ring is used to scrape excess oil from the cylinder.

    Pressure Cap

A tank cap with a valve allows the cooling system to maintain a higher or more efficient temperature under pressure.

    Radiator

In a cooling system, a device that removes hot air from the cooler, that is, a coolant that absorbs the engine's overheating and sends the low-temperature coolant to the engine.

    Spark plug

A combination of two electrodes and an insulator provides a spark ignition component for the engine's steam engine.

    Spark Test

A quick inspection method of the ignition system. First, close the metal end of the high-voltage wire to the gas letter cover, and then start the engine to check the spark.

    Supercharger

In the air intake system of the engine, the pump that mixes the incoming air or air fuel pressure. This increases the amount of flammable fuel, while increasing engine power.

    Thermostat

It is a thermostat device that usually contains a temperature-sensing element that opens or closes the flow of air, gas or liquid by expansion or contraction.

    Turbocharger
A supercharger driven by the exhaust of an engine can typically increase horsepower by 25 to 30%.

    Two-Stroke Cycle

The two stroke loop engine, fuel entry, compression, combustion and exhaust take place between the piston strokes.

    Valve Clearance

In the OHC engine, the clearance between the rocker arm and the top of the valve stem. In valve trains, the gap between closed valves.

    Valve Tming

The timing at which the valve opens or closes in conjunction with the piston position.

    Valve Train

The engine's valve operation mechanism includes the components from the camshaft to the valve.

    Vibration Damper

The device connected with the cranking crankshaft is used to counter the torsional vibration of the crankshaft (ie, the phenomenon that the crankshaft is twisted by the impact force of the cylinder ignition).

    Wastegate

The control device in the turbocharger can limit the pressure increase to avoid damage to the engine and the pulley booster.

    Water Jackets

Refers to the space between the cylinder block and the inner shell of the cylinder head, and the coolant circulates between them.

    Water Pump

In the cooling system, the action of the water pump keeps the coolant circulating between the engine water jacket and the water tank.

The laser cleaning technology refers to the use of a high-energy laser beam to illuminate the surface of the workpiece, so that the dirt, rust or coating on the surfaces is instantaneously evaporated or peeled off, thereby achieving a clean process.Laser mold cleaning uses a new technology based on the interaction effect of laser and substance.
laser derusting machine is currently widely used in industry. It is mainly used for rust removal,
paint removal, oil removal and oxide film removal of precision parts. Due to its high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection, it is popularly used in molds, automobile manufacturing, cultural relics restoration and shipbuilding, etc.
