120-1000kg/hr plastic single screw extrusion and pelletizing line
Our AMSE series single screw extrusion and pelletizing system is a specialized and reliable system, designed for recycling medium and large quantities of heavy regrind materials (> 300 g/l), such as PE, PP, PS, ABS, PA, and PC rigid plastic scrap. The material is directly fed into the extruder via a screw conveyor without pre-cutting or compression. The feeding rate is automatically controlled by the load on the extruder motor. Solid foreign substances are filtered using a continuous melt filter, available with or without a backflushing system. This efficient and continuous system gently remelts rigid plastics, significantly removes volatilization and impurities. One key advantage is that no heating or other treatment is needed before extrusion. A clear and user-friendly touch screen ensures smooth start-up and operation of the line. Our system includes five machine sizes covering an output range of 120 - 1000 kg/h. Each machine can be equipped with degassing, high vacuum, backflushing filter, and pelletizing systems (strand, water-ring, or under-water, depending on the type and quantity of material).
