This is a single screw extrusion and pelletizing line with a production capacity of 120-1000kg/hr. Our AMSE series system is specifically designed for recycling medium to large quantities of heavy regrind materials (> 300g/l), such as PE, PP, PS, ABS, PA, and PC rigid plastics. The material is directly fed into the extruder via a screw conveyor without pre-cutting or compression. The feeding rate is automatically controlled based on the load of the extruder motor. Solid impurities are filtered using a continuous melt filter, which can be equipped with or without a backflushing system. This system ensures efficient and continuous processing of rigid plastics into granules with gentle melting, significant volatilization, and impurity filtration. One of the key advantages is that no heating or additional treatment is required before extrusion. A user-friendly touch screen makes operation and start-up easy. The system includes five machine sizes, covering an output range from 120 to 1000 kg/h. Each unit can be equipped with degassing, high vacuum, backflushing filters, and pelletizing systems (strand, water ring, or under-water, depending on the type and quantity of the material).
