Kumho employees raised salary by 29% last year. This move is to stabilize employees

The reporter learned from Kumho Tire yesterday that Kumho Tire’s deep recall of the whirlpool gave its employees a 29% salary increase last year. An employee inside Kumho told reporters that salaries have increased slightly in the past few years, the highest increase last year.

According to internal staff of Kumho Tire, as a tire company in the upper reaches of the automotive industry chain, the company's salary level is lower than that of the entire vehicle company, mainly based on quarterly bonuses, and year-end bonuses are supplemented by the award model. For Kumho Tire's salary increase, industry analysts generally believe that this is an action to stabilize employees after the crisis erupted last year.

Last year, the Kumho Tianjin plant was exposed to the backburning rubber and added flaws. Kumho Tire announced the recall of all illegal products.
