1. The machine is used to produce PVC, PA, PP, PE, EVA single wall corrugated pipes which are used as auto wiring passing pipe, electric wiring passing pipe, machine tool and lighting cable protection casing pipe, air conditioner and washing machine water pipes, medical tubings;

3. Features of the corrugated pipe extrusion machine:


(1) Corrugated pipe forming machine is of closing structure, it could supply vacuum forming also;

(2) Forming die module adopts excellent quality alloy steel, it moves reciprocatingly through gear transmission in a complete-closed forming tunnel.

(3) Forming tunnel is of interlayer / sandwich design, die module is cooled forcedly and evenly through cooling water;

(4) Forming die strip is made of rigid alloy steel, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant;
there is no connection among the forming die modules, thus shortens time for changing specification.

A1: The guarantee period of our machine is 12 months; 

Q2: What package do you use for the machine? 
A2: Painted the machine with anti-corrosion oil, and then covered with plastic film, and then packed into wooden case or fixed onto wooden pallet as per clients' requirements, or shall be loaded into container in nude packing. 

We place and fix the machines well into container and check carefully before closing the container
so as to ensure everything is well for the shipment. We care each and every point so that our clients could receive the machines in good status.    

Q3: What is delivery time of the machine? 
A3: About 45 working days; 

Q4: What is your payment terms? 
A4:  30% advance payment by T/T upon order, balance 70% by T/T before shipment OR by L/C;
