Working Principle:
The roller grader consists of a frame, motor drive system, output hopper, drive cover, and rollers. The rollers rotate under the motor drive. Due to the different hole sizes in various regions, fruits and vegetables are evenly fed into the roller via a conveyor. As the rollers rotate, the material continuously flips. Because of the incline of the rollers, the materials move slowly from high to low due to gravity. Different diameter materials fall into separate hoppers accordingly.
