The detector is constructed using aluminum alloy and ABS engineering materials, designed with special waterproof technology for durability and reliability. It features 6 detection zones that overlap each other, allowing simultaneous alarms when metal objects are detected. The high-definition TV LED display provides clear and real-time feedback.
Each detection zone is equipped with built-in LED indicators to accurately show the location of the detected metal object on a person. The sensitivity of each zone is adjustable, ranging from 0 to 256, which allows the system to exclude common items like jewelry, buckles, and zippers. At maximum sensitivity, it can detect even small objects such as paper clips.
The system uses digital signal processing (DSP) technology to filter and balance signals, ensuring strong anti-jamming capability and minimizing distortion or failure. Users can adjust settings via a remote control or directly on the operation panel.
Multiple alarm tone options are available—high, low, or no sound—with adjustable duration. The device also offers intelligent statistics, tracking the number of people and the frequency of alarms.
Custom internet connectivity is available, allowing a computer to control up to 40 detectors simultaneously. The system supports parallel network usage, with detectors placed as close as 35 cm apart.
This metal detector is ideal for use in hardware and electronics factories to prevent metal product loss, as well as in prisons, courts, exhibitions, gyms, and recreational areas for security screening.
