1  Application:
2LB screw pumps, which are non-seal horizontal rotary displacement pump with twin-screws as well as with the capacity of powerful self- suction, have been widely used in the fields of ships, petroleum chemical industry, metallurgy, electric industry, oil and foodstuff industries, etc. This kind of pump can carry all kinds of oils, such as lubricating oil and fuel which contend micro partial, chemical liquid and light industry food, besides these, the pumps can also used to transport higher viscosity oils such as residual oil and crude oil, etc. (under this case, the higher viscosity oils must be heated.) The temperature of transported medium is not over 80°C in general, the highest temperature can not exceed 135°C, the viscosity of the medium can be up to 1500mm2/s, the ambient temperature is not over 50°C and with air humidity of not exceeding 95%. Heating pipes can be installed under the pump to heat the medium, the medium at temperature of 180°C with viscosity of 10000mm2/s can also be transported upon special request. 
2  Characteristics:
2LBscrew pumps have characteristics of good self-suction, stable transportation without impulsions, with powerful sweeping - cabin capacity, simple structure and long service life and be capable of transporting non-lubricating medium, its unique character is that they can transport volatile oil such as gasoline in summer.
3  Types:
According the materials of the screw and pump body. The 2LB- type each can be divided into four types.
Type 2LB1-:The driving and driven screws are steel integrated screw shafts and they can transport lubricating oil and diesel oil and residual oil, etc.
Type 2LB2-:The driving and driven screws are steel core copper combination screw shafts and they can transport volatile oil such as gasoline, kerosene naphtha, etc.                                                                           
Type 2LB3-:The driving and driven screws are steel core stainless steel combination screw shafts and they can transport the common corrosive media such as aviation kerosene.
Type 2LB4-:The driving and driven screws are steel core stainless steel combination screw shafts and other casting part cast by stainless steel and they mainly transport high corrosive media and liquid food.
