Shell and core core
The part of the core winding is called the "core transformer core" and the part that does not cover the winding is called the "yoke". Where the core surrounds the winding, it is called the shell type; where the winding surrounds the heart column, it is called the core type. The shell type and the core type have their own characteristics, but the transformer manufacturing process determined by the iron core is quite different. Once a certain structure is selected, it is difficult to produce a structure. Most of our transformer cores use laminated cores.
Single-phase and three-phase iron core
The single-phase iron core has a single two-pillar core. Single-phase single-column yoke type four-post iron core, single-phase two-column type iron core, single-phase radiation type iron core stacked five kinds; three-phase iron core has three-phase column type iron core, three-phase yoke type five-column There are four kinds of iron cores, three-phase double-framed stacked iron cores, and three-phase reactor stacked iron cores.
Stereoscopic and planar
The three-dimensional heart stem and the iron yoke are not in a single plane. They are radiant, involute, and symmetric. The magnetic flux distribution is even and the loss can be reduced; the planar heart stem and the iron yoke are in the same plane. High strength, good craftsmanship.
Stacked core and wound core
They are generally stacked cores, stacked by iron cores. Roll cores are in many forms. The air gap between the core of the involute core and the iron yoke is large, affecting the no-load current, so the capacity can not be too small; but due to the leakage flux perpendicular to the plane of the iron chip, the additional loss is affected, so the width of the sheet is not suitable If it is too large, the capacity cannot be too large.
