According to Qian Xiaoan, executive deputy director of the Xi'an International Port Administrative Committee, Xi'an Comprehensive Bonded Area will contain 1.2 million square meters of standard factory buildings and warehouses. The planning and construction work has been started. This year it will strive to complete a phase 2 investment of RMB 2 billion. Build 200,000 square meters of standard factory buildings and 100,000 square meters of solid warehouses to ensure that the project can be operated as soon as possible.
