The new gas extraction technology of the combination of sliding sleeve and gas lift valve in the well of Chuandong Chi 22 has been successfully completed. The well resumed production in early September, with a daily output of 250,000 cubic meters of natural gas.
Well Chi 22 is a main production gas well of the latent high point of the Daqing dry well structure grinding disc in eastern Sichuan, with a cumulative production of 1.24 billion cubic meters of natural gas. In view of the fact that the formation pressure is low (23 MPa), the middle layer is deep (4364 m), and the gas production is required to resume production, the Southwest Gas and Oil Field Company Gas Production Engineering Research Institute boldly adopts conventional gas lift valves and imports. The new technology of VXD circulating sliding sleeve combination makes the sliding sleeve always open when the gas lifts, and the gas lift valve works to drain the liquid. After the liquid discharge is finished, the sliding sleeve is closed for production.
The successful application of this technology has provided a powerful measure for the technical research of the high-pressure deep well drainage in the Carboniferous in eastern Sichuan, and will become a new gas lift technology.
