Shenyang Transformer Company: The UHV controllable reactor model was successfully developed

    Recently, a controllable reactor model suitable for UHV and UHV power grid construction was successfully developed in Shenyang Transformer Co., Ltd. The model of the platform is reduced according to the 100:1 ratio of the physical product. It contains all the components of the actual product and various static and dynamic characteristics. It can be used for the development test of similar products and the supply of steady-state and transient process test data.

    The actual product of this model will be used as an important pilot product of the Jingzhou 500 kV converter station. It will be operated in the 500 kV ultra-high voltage power transmission and transformation project in China, and will end a gap in the field of high-voltage controllable reactors in China. .

    The development of key equipment for this UHV transmission and transformation project was developed by sinking into the localization process of advancing UHV equipment. As the product development work is related to the construction of China's UHV power grid and the application prospect of controllable reactors in ultra-high voltage and ultra-high voltage power grids, Shenchang Group attaches great importance to the development of this product, and has sent technicians to Ukraine, Russia and other countries. A series of technical exchanges were conducted. After the model manufacturing program passed the review, Shenchang immediately organized the physical manufacturing and successfully completed the manufacturing task in just one week.
