Qf-800 Rigid Bobbin Stranding Machine for Wire and Cable

        This equipment is for manufacturing high quality control cable, optical fiber cable and multi-strand cable. Its structure is composed of pay-off stand, die holder, center taping machine, passive taping machine, rotary meter counter, cantilever rigid bobbin stranding machine and safty guard.

Product application
1.  This equipment adopts PLC program control and use frequency conversion motor controller to make output shaft speed constantly.
2.  It's easy to operate this machine. The speed is computer stepless regulation.
3.   All of wheel gears are helical gears which reduce noisy .
4.  Technological parameters can be setting by the operation panel easily.
5.  The operating interface is divided with the main machine body. The machine function is good when speed is accelerating or decelerating.
6.   The pitch error can be control in 2%. Meters can be measured automatically, when the number of setted meters was finished by production line, the main machine and taping machine will stop slowly.
