Jingdezhen City seized a batch of counterfeit Philips LED lamps

Recently, the Fair Trade Bureau of the Market and Quality Supervision Administration of Changjiang District of Jingdezhen City received a report from the staff appointed by Royal Philips. It was reported that a lighting store in the second phase of the Haode Market in the city was sold without the authorization of Royal Philips Co., Ltd., and sold LED floodlights with the PHILIPS registered trademark mark. The law enforcement officers immediately went to the scene to adjust the date. The Fair Trade Bureau of the Changjiang District Market and Quality Supervision Administration of Jingdezhen received a report from the staff appointed by Royal Philips. It was reported that a lighting store in the second phase of the Haode Market in the city was sold without the authorization of Royal Philips Co., Ltd., and sold LED floodlights with the PHILIPS registered trademark mark. Law enforcement officers immediately went to the scene to investigate and found 116 sets of LED floodlights with the PHILIPS logo in the reported lighting store. According to the identification of technicians, the 116 sets of LED floodlights are counterfeit, infringing the exclusive right to use the registered trademark of PHILIPS. Law enforcement officers shall temporarily suspend products suspected of infringement in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China. Currently, the case is still under investigation.
