JLF-600 Cable Recycling Machine
Cable Recycling Introduction:
The JLF series copper wire recycling machine is designed for the efficient recovery of waste cables from household communication lines, automotive wires, motor cables, and other industrial cables. The system includes a crushing and separation process, along with an advanced dust collection system to ensure clean copper and plastic pellets.
Cable Recycling Features:
The JLF-600 model (capacity: 300-400kg/h) offers high efficiency and purity in recycling. After the material is crushed, it enters the vibrating separator along with airflow. The small vibrator then separates the copper and plastic pellets, achieving 100% purity.

Applicable Cables: Waste communication copper cables, motor cables, car cables, industrial cables, household cables, and enamelled cables.
Applicable Diameter: 0.3-20mm (for each individual strand).

Cable Recycling Detail Instruction:
1. Shredding System: The shredding process is the first step in the recycling cycle. The crusher contains 14 moving blades that cut scrap copper wires into small pellets of 5-8mm (depending on the raw material size).
2. Separating System: A high-pressure fan sends the crushed material into the vibrating separator. A screen inside the system separates the copper and plastic pellets into different outlets.
3. Dust Collector: The machine features an integrated dust collection system.
4. Copper Pellet Outlet: The separated copper pellets exit through this port.
5. Plastic Pellet Outlet: The separated plastic pellets exit through this port.
6. Electric Control Box: The machine is usually equipped with an automatic control system, and customization is also available.
Cable Recycling Spare Parts & Related Machines:
The main spare parts include screens and moving blades. We normally provide one set of spare parts, which includes 1 screen and 14 blades, for the JLF-600 model. We also recommend appropriate related machines based on the raw material to achieve the best recycling results.
Pretreatment Machines:
1. Cable Stripper: If dealing with large multi-strand copper wires, it’s better to separate the cores before feeding them into the granulator.
2. Double Shaft Crusher: For long raw materials, cutting them into smaller pieces before granulating is beneficial.
3. Blade Sharpening Machine: Blades need regular maintenance to maintain sharpness after prolonged use.
4. Magnetic Conveyor: If there's iron mixed in the copper wire, a magnetic conveyor can remove the iron for higher purity.
5. Belt Conveyor: Provided for fully automatic copper wire feeding systems.
Cable Recycling Packing & Shipping:
The JLF-600 granulator is typically packed with plastic films and placed in a container. If needed, we can pack parts in wooden cases.
One JLF-600 unit requires one 20' container for shipping.
