The patented project "High Efficiency Membrane Recycling of Volatile Organic Compounds" innovatively uses multi-technology integrated coupling process to achieve high efficiency, Energy-efficient recycling.
The multi-technology integrated coupling process developed by Professor He Gaohong team integrates multistage step-by-step coupling such as membrane separation, turboexpansion refrigeration, light cooling and rectification. Through technology complementarity, the coverage of pollution control is enhanced. At the same time, the technology solves the problem of entrained heavy components in the expansion refrigerating machine, enables the expander to work stably and continuously replenishes the important target of recovery of volatile organic compounds by high efficiency membrane method - Cost, low energy consumption of light hydrocarbon comprehensive income, light hydrocarbon recovery rate higher than 90%, recycling energy consumption reduced by 20%.
It is understood that the related technologies have been successfully applied in more than 30 projects such as Sinopec and PetroChina. The payback period of investment is less than one year, and the annual economic profit for the country is 500 million yuan.
