2. The check valve in the oil tank, the valve surface is not tight or stuck, the oil pump parts are seriously worn out, and the leakage in the oil pump is too large. Repair and replace defective parts in the check valve or oil pump.
3, oil pump or meter component damage stuck or due to oil product holdings cause adhesion. Repair and replace damaged parts or clean oil pumps and gauges.
4, oil pump, oil and gas separator low pressure chamber, the oil pipeline leakage into a lot of air. Overhaul the leak site.
(II) Reasons and Remedy for Significant Decrease in Fueling Capacity of Fueling Machines
1. The motor belt is loose, the filter is blocked, and the one-way valve and the filter are plugged. Tighten the motor belt and clean the filter net.
2. The meter has large rotation resistance due to oil quality or the opening stroke of the main valve of the fueling gun is too small. Clean the meter or adjust the oil gun main valve opening stroke.
(3) The reason for the excessive measurement of fuel dispensers and gauges, the reason for the invalidation of the adjustment and the reason for the elimination thereof are the serious wear and tear of parts in the gauge. Remedy: Overhaul and replace worn parts.
(IV) Causes and Remedy for Large or Small Flow Indicator Values ​​of Liquid Turbine Flowmeters
1, the reason is too large
(1) The flow has a large pulse. Remedy: Reduce the flow pulse in the line.
(2) medium viscosity is too large. Remedy: Update the adjustment gear and correct it.
2, the reasons for the small:
(1) The measured flow exceeds the specified range. Remedy: Replace other specifications of the liquid turbine flow meter or make the flow rate within the specified range.
(2) The viscosity of the medium is too small. Remedy: Replace the adjustment gear to correct.
