The US Environmental Protection Agency issued an order to require a major automobile company to remove materials and soil contaminated by PCB (polychlorinated biphenyls). The company plans to dismantle some PCB-contaminated buildings near this site, and PCBs will have a significant negative impact on human health and the environment.
