Dry type copper wire crusher
1. Application
This dry type Electric Wire Crushing Machine adopts advanced design, rational structure and reliable operation. The characteristics of the production line can not only deal with thick wires which the normal crusher can process, but also the very thin wire with good separation effect. The whole production line consists of feeding belt conveyor, heavy duty crushing machine, feeding blower, vibrating screen, pulse dust collector, electrical control Cabinet and other components as per the real condition.The waste cables or wires will be converted to plastic pellets and copper pellets after this process. The mixed material (plastic and copper) will jump and move ahead like wave type on the vibrating screen mesh surface. With airflow function and screen box straight shock excitation, the cable jacket and core wire will be separated, and get copper particles, plastic pellets and mixture from different outlets. The metal will be suctioned by magnetic and dust goes to dust collector through air pipe.
Each action is controlled by the PLC program, started and stopped by one button press. The operation interface video shows the working condition of the important parts, any errors on the machine running would be showed on the screen.
It is easy to operation and maintenance, the separation purity can reach 99.9% and the production capacity Could range from 200 Kg up to 5000 Kg per hour.

5. Times of Delivery (Lead Time):
12~14 weeks since receipt of the down payment;
6. Guarantee
26 months since the Customs Clearance date at the buyer's country port except blades, screen and other wearing parts. Any equipment failure caused by violating the operation rules is not included in the warranty. The seller provides all the spare parts to the buyer at a cost price for the full life of the machines.
