RSG1250-3500 Series Gantry Horizontal spindle round table surface grinding machine is a new type machine developd by our company through absorbing domestic and international advanced grinding machine structure and manufacturing technology.
The series of machine tools adopt high-quality casting (HT250) and pass through thermal aging threatment.It has reasonable structure ,big carrying capacity,excellent performance ,overweight load of workbench,high dynamic and static precision ,satisfying heavy grinding ,safe and to grinding reliable action,long service life.high machining precision ,and rapid efficiency.
Adopt edge grinding of grinding wheel,upper and lower planes of workpiece can achieve higher parallelism,dimensional precision,and surface roughness of workpiece.The product is applicable machining of precision parts in tools factory,bearing factory,air compressor and general machinery factory ,and ect.
The body is increased the reinforcing rib of forced location,and is greatly improved the body rigidity according to the force confition,so that guarantee the stability.Each anchor bolt has corresponding reinforcing rib,recuces the body deformation brought by bolt tension force.
Diameter of work round table is Φ1250-Φ3500mm.Round workbench adopts dynamic and static pressure rotation on the round guide of body.Rotary motion of workbench is driven by AC variable frequency speed regulstion bevel gear speed-reducing motor ,has stable and reliable automatic variable speed movement .
Double upright colimn sdopts honeycomb structural design .High strength widening crossbeam reinforced rigidity and there is no possibility of drooping.Carriage is moved horizontally and to and fro along the crossbeam.grinding head is vertically fed along the carriage.
Grinding head and vertical guide of upright colimn adopt inlaid steel hardened rolling struture ,good contact rigidity ,high motion accuracy,portable movement,flexible feed ,simple and reliable lubrication, long service life,steady and compact overall structure,high precision, reliable performance,good manufaturability,convenient operation and use.
Front-end of grinding head spindle adopts P4 double-row cylinder roller bearing+P4 angular contract ball bearing support,rear-end adopts P4 angular contract ball bearing support ,rolling structure,good contact rigidity,high rotary accuracy ,is driven by AC motor through connection of belt pulley and spindle.
Important components of machine tool (apindle bearing ,ball screw,rolling element pair and other outsourcing parts) are made by famous brand manufacturers,have reliable quality.
Automatic lubricating pump automatically injects oil into lubrication parts regularly and quantitatively.
