The high-performance intelligent aseptic detector is the key instrument for sterility inspection. The current international mainstream sterility inspection instruments are manual operation and observation. Starting from the status quo of the national pharmaceutical industry, the project developed a sterile isolator based on high-efficiency and stable VHP generation and digestion technology, a real-time VHP concentration detector based on spectral technology, in order to enhance the competitiveness of domestic high-performance intelligent aseptic detectors.
