The equipment is cut by super-hard alloy large-diameter disc sheet saw, and the cutting process is controlled by program, which can realize the rolling line without stopping during the running process, and automatically cut according to the preset cutting length, thereby changing the past rolling line. The use of artificial grinding wheels has been used to cut the backwardness of the profiles. The cutting efficiency is 3 to 5 times higher than that of the artificial grinding wheel cutting machine, and the environmental pollution is greatly reduced. The machine has a minimum cutting length of 600 mm, a maximum cutting length of 3 000 mm, a maximum tolerance of less than 2 mm and a cutting feed speed of 30 mm/s.
