China's auto board must also be made by Wuhan Steel

If it is guaranteed in a natural environment that it will not rust for 12 years, would you be willing to buy a car with such a steel plate? Wuhan Iron and Steel in recent years, the project of investing nearly 8 billion yuan in cold rolling mills attracted attention because it together with the cold-rolled silicon steel plant propped up WISCO double high steel products "double tower", specializing in the production of high-end automotive panels.

On Friday, WISCO held a science and technology conference to clarify its product positioning: to build the world's most competitive cold-rolled silicon steel sheet production base and the major production base of China's auto plates. According to this plan, the "Eleventh Five-Year" Wuhan Iron and Steel Technology reform capital of about 40 billion yuan, more than the sum of the speed and extent.

Three years ago, Dongfeng Company joined hands with Wuhan Iron & Steel and early this year, Chery Automobile also used WISCO car plates. US Noble Company immediately followed out with Wu Gang. This North American largest laser tailor-welding company deliberately chose Wuhan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. to enter the Chinese market for laser tailored blanks. This year, Wuhan Iron & Steel expects to sell 1 million tons of auto plates, of which 20,000 tons will be rust-free galvanized plates in 12 years, and 20,000 tons of plates can produce 200,000 medium-to-high-grade cars.

    Tungsten Carbide Pellets

Tungsten carbide pellets are small, cylindrical or spherical shapes made from tungsten carbide, a hard and dense material. These pellets are typically used in various industrial applications, such as drilling, grinding, cutting, and wear-resistant components.
Tungsten carbide is a compound of tungsten and carbon, known for its high hardness, strength, and resistance to wear and corrosion. It is often used as a cutting tool material, as well as in the production of mining and drilling equipment.
The pellets are usually produced through a process called powder metallurgy, where Tungsten Carbide Powder is mixed with a binder material and then compacted under high pressure. The compacted pellets are then sintered at high temperatures to form a solid and durable product.
Tungsten carbide pellets are used in various industries, including mining, construction, oil and gas, and manufacturing. They are commonly used as inserts in drilling bits, cutting tools, and wear-resistant parts, providing high performance and extended tool life.
Overall, tungsten carbide pellets are essential components in many industrial applications, offering superior hardness, strength, and wear resistance.
