Features:
The blade is applied high-grade alloy tool steel. The cutting edge is polished carefully and can regulate the cutting diameter at ease. The product is packed in box by one set with attachment. The blade can be dismantled freely and is easy to adjust. It also has shielding cat. Characteristic: It can cut thin and ultra thin metal board. It is also adaptable to non-metal board especially wooden board such as wooden ceiling. Operator can make sure their needed diameter of a hole according to the visual scale label. The blade of comfortable stabber has reasonable cutting degree, which can bring the operator a feel of light and quick while using.

Cautions:
1.Be sure to check all the hex screws are tightly screwed in before you start boring in and case before you start boring hold both side of the cutting objects firmly by two foots,when boring by power drill 1,000 R.P.M.Or under is desirable
2.Set both cutting blades on blade holders tightly and correctly as shown
To adjust the size locate the inner edges of the blade holders against the size graduation,
For example number 40 for a1 40mm dia.Hole
3.Set two blade holders at the dersired graduation on the measure bar by tightly screw in the hexnuts using L shape hex wrench
4.Use the chisel end drill when boring thin wood while use the twist drill when wood is thick
5.Before boring,hold two sides of veneer of timber firmly by stepping on it,then start boring after cautiously setting the twist drill of chisel end drill at the center of the desired hole,when using power drill,be sure to contact the cutting blades gradually and slowly on the object to be bored.Abrupt contact of the blades on the boring object can give shock to your hands
6.When deep boring 1"(25mm) up to maximum 2"(50mm) is desired,use the free doughnut from one side of timber,and then start boring again from the other side until the cutting blades bore through a hole making doughnut shaped disc.As shown in figure i ii iii
7.By way of using optional measure bar,large hole with maximun diameter of 120mm can be bored
