1. INTRODUCTION
The folding contraction electric step is designed to provide a safe and convenient way for users to enter and exit vehicles. It operates via an electric motor, allowing the step to be pulled out or pushed in with ease. The step is controlled using a specially designed switch that integrates well with modern motorhomes and other vehicles. The construction of these steps features galvanized or aluminum frames, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. The steps themselves are made from anodized aluminum, offering a smooth and safe surface with rounded edges. Most models also include anodized side panels for added strength and aesthetics. All products undergo rigorous testing to ensure they meet high safety standards. The maximum static load capacity is 200 kg. Safety is a top priority. A standard switch is included to connect to a warning light within the vehicle, enhancing visibility. Additionally, the edges of the steps are rounded and fluorescent for better visibility in low-light conditions. Anti-slip footboards are now standard on all models, and existing steps (450 and 600 series) can be upgraded with these features. For improved safety at night, LED lights can be optionally installed. Installation is straightforward, and the steps can be mounted on various types of vans and vehicles using our specialized mounting kits. This includes sliding side doors, cab hinged doors, cars, minibuses, taxis, adapted vehicles for disabled users, ambulances, and motor caravans.
