Roller is composed of a shaft, shell, housing, inner seal, bearing, labyrinth seal, cover, protective cover, and snap ring. This design ensures durability and stability under various working conditions.

Seal Structure
This roller uses a non-contact labyrinth seal system, creating a complex, winding, and narrow path between the inner and outer sealing parts. The maze is filled with high-quality grease to ensure excellent water and dust resistance. This makes the roller highly effective in harsh environments, maintaining smooth rotation and long-lasting performance.
Bearing
Brands include SKF, NSK, HRB, LYC, ZWZ, etc. The roller is equipped with C3 deep groove radial ball bearings with a bidirectional sealing structure, enhancing its waterproof and dustproof capabilities.
Shell, Shaft, and Housing
The dimensions of the tube and shaft comply with GB standards. The tolerances for radial jump, roundness, straightness, and appearance exceed the strict requirements of the standard. The housing is manufactured using cold-rolled plate drawing, and precise welding is used on both sides of the housing and shell to ensure the roller's strength and rigidity.

The Flat Face Flange has a gasket surface in the same plane as the bolting circle face. Applications using flat face flanges are frequently those in which the mating flange or flanged fitting is made from a casting.
Flat face flanges are never to be bolted to a Raised Face Flange. ASME B31.1 says that when connecting flat face cast iron flanges to carbon steel flanges, the raised face on the carbon Steel Flange must be removed, and that a full face gasket is required. This is to keep the thin, bittle cast iron flange from being sprung into the gap caused by the raised face of the carbon steel flange.
