Beijing develops successful intelligent tower crane

Intelligent tower cranes have been successfully developed by Beijing Construction Engineering Group Construction Machinery Factory.
The person in charge of the Beijing Construction Engineering Group explained to the editor that the technical achievements have passed the expert appraisal and put into mass production. The application of intelligent tower cranes is expected to greatly improve the control accuracy of tower cranes widely used in domestic construction sites and make such aerial work machines more secure and reliable.
According to reports, intelligent tower cranes have newly designed the electronic control system of traditional tower cranes and installed a high-tech electromechanical integrated programmable control system to enable tower cranes to accelerate or decelerate accurately and smoothly, overcoming mechanical transmission. The vicious impact has solved problems such as teething and wear, and has improved the reliability and life of the tower crane; the new system has increased the protection function of the operation and can effectively prevent misoperation, thus avoiding the accident.
